Fire Safety
Fire safety is one of the things we take the most serious. As firefighters our goal is to educate the public about the dangers of fire and help teach fire prevention. Here are some helpful hints to become more aware of fire safety.
- Install smoke detectors in your home.
Keep emergency numbers near the phone.
Practice your fire escape plan.
Make sure you have a meeting place.
Check all electrical cords for fraid wires.
Place child protectors in all outlets.
Double check the batteries in your smoke and CO2 detectors.
Keep extinguishers close by for easy use.
Make sure your children know their address and phone number.
